Every unit is a detached, ground-floor home with a private entrance, air conditioning and heating, a private bathroom with shower, bidet, towels, hairdryer and free toiletries, and a fully equipped private kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchenware, cleaning products and a dining table. Inside you will also find a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, linens, wardrobe, iron, clothes rack, mosquito nets and sockets near the bed. Outside there are terraces, patios, garden and pool views, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. Free private parking is available on site without reservation, together with an electric vehicle charging station and accessible parking, and free Wi-Fi covers all areas. An airport and station shuttle service can be arranged for an additional charge. The property is entirely non-smoking, family rooms are available, and the grounds are protected by 24-hour security, CCTV in outdoor and common areas, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. A bright 40 m² apartment with a separate bedroom, two living areas and a private entrance, ideal for a couple or a small family. The terrace opens onto the garden with views over the pool.
